I had a bad day today,...These ideas are wonderful. I had a bad day today, and I was just thinking I should journal my feelings and emotions today. My problem is that I don't know when to shut my computer off at night, so I go to bed too late then I really suffer in the morning, and my attention to conversation or discussion is zit. My other big problem is boredom, if I am really bored, I just turn my inside channel to something else and I pretty much zone out all conversation and discussion, any ideas?
