For example, I have a vacation trip planned. I have the time blocked out for the flight itself. One hour before is noted "arrive at airport", 1.5 hours before flight "leave for airport" with a corresponding text message alert, 24 hours in advance of flight "check in online" with reminder text message, and other tasks set up before the trip reminding me of things like: stop the newspaper, hold the mail, laundry, pack, etc. So I use the concept of the end of the task (flight) and work backwards from there. Now, as far as how to schedule schoolwork in order to get it done in time, I am working with a therapist to address by procrastination - planning to commit to schoolwork but then not following through and then scrambling at the last minute. Good luck to us both!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2936696332949790438.post-30772775197367024892011-04-26T15:27:25.859-07:002011-04-26T15:27:25.859-07:00do you have strategies that a college student can ...do you have strategies that a college student can implement (to know where to be, what is due and when, and how to schedule the work in order to get it done on time)

Many thanks.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
